At 18, I had just faced the biggest turning point in my life. My Dad had taken his own life. I struggled with the grief, dealing with the why and I struggled to deal with anxiety and depression. In fact, things got pretty dark.</p><p><br></p><p>From 21 I've been on a journey processing it, and trying to manage my own emotions.
