She was named the #1 Health Promotion</p><p>Professional in the United States in 2015 by the Wellness</p><p>Council of America (WELCOA). Rachel is one of the founding</p><p>members of the international nonprofit, Global Women 4</p><p>Wellbeing (GW4W) and a Founding Member of the Baltimore</p><p>Chapter of HackingHR.
