Everything's gonna be okay soon. Maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day.</p><p>2oz gin<br />1oz lime juice<br />10 mint leaves, slightly bruised<br />1oz ginger apple lemon tea syrup*<br />Soda or sparkling water<br />Combine all ingredients except soda in a shaker with ice and shake vigourously. Strain into an old fashioned glass with one or two large ice cubes, and top up with soda. For a sweeter drink, replace the sparkling water with lemon-lime soda.</p><p>*Combine equal parts water and sugar with a lemon’s worth of peel and a supermarket ginger apple herbal tea bag.
