After seven years and nearly 300 episodes, I’m honoring the sacred evolution of Fire and Soul — and the soul-led journey that’s shaped not just me, but this entire community.
This podcast wouldn’t exist without you — the listener who keeps showing up with an open heart and a courageous spirit. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just found your way in, thank you. Fire and Soul is as much yours as it is mine.
In this solo episode (the first in a new series I’m calling Embodied Ascension), I reflect on the lessons, initiations, and awakenings that have led me to this moment — including my current training to become a trauma-informed practitioner.
This isn’t about adding another title. It’s about expanding my capacity to serve, lead, and love in these wild and holy times.
Because the deeper we heal, the more we can hold the frequency of our highest vision. This is the path from karma to dharma — from survival to embodied purpose.
