Tamara Gätzi studied Marketing and Sales, and she started her career with a commercial apprenticeship programme. When she felt that she needed to interact more with people, she continued her career as a sales manager. Today she is an entrepreneur, but as she explained, she never actually planned to start her own business. However, a good idea was born and the right team was there - and so founding a company was the only right decision.
Dualoo is a recruitment software, developed mainly for small and medium businesses and fully specialized for the recruitment of trainees and apprentices. They made the process of selecting candidates and finding the right employees super easy even for recruiters who have no developed HR department.
