Emilie Boutros joined TandemLaunch in early 2012 as Partner and CFO. TandemLaunch scouts, accelerates, and commercializes early-stage technologies from the world’s top universities in close partnership with major Consumer Electronic brands. During Emilie’s tenure, TandemLaunch has more than doubled every year, raising over $100M in third party investment, creating more than 25 ventures valued at more than $350M today. In addition to Finance, Emilie oversees operational activities across multiple departments and coaches projects on entrepreneurship, management and financing for start-ups. In the entrepreneurship journey she says, there will be failures but at the end of the day, it’s the end result that counts, you have to focus on the main objective.
