It’s pretty well documented throughout over 300 episodes of this podcast that I love getting into some of the strange and wonderful stories of Montreal’s past. So it was with great excitement that we booked Kristian Gravenor from the popular “Coolopolis Montreal” TikTok channel for the show. Kristian (and Coolopolis by extension) is a veritable treasure trove of Montreal history. From the seedy side of things like corrupt mayors and violent gangsters to the almost whimsical like Montreal’s “Bus to Nowhere” we could have easily spent hours at the back of Grumpy’s just getting into the historical curiosities of our great city.
