She is an experienced presenter and educator in the VET</p>\n<p>sector for the past 5 years. Michelle has also lectured to undergraduate and postgraduate students</p>\n<p>in the Bachelor of Nursing Program at both the University of Wollongong and the University of</p>\n<p>Technology Sydney. After studying her Masters in Coaching she worked as a consultant coach in</p>\n<p>many healthcare organisations facilitating change within teams, while designing individualised</p>\n<p>coaching and education programs to identify skill and knowledge gaps so team effectiveness can</p>\n<p>flourish.
