Ronald got into coaching right after college, spending time with the Boston Celtics, Northern Kentucky, and the Long Island Nets. After his stint as an assistant coach with the Charlotte Hornets (from 2018 until 2021), Ronald joined Rick Carlile's staff with the Indiana Pacers.
