Douglas Photographic Imaging (formerly known as Douglas Black & White) has been across from East High on Douglas Avenue for over 41+ years. We sat down with owner Ric Wolford to discuss the evolution of his business, the location on Douglas, and what he's learned as a small business owner over the years.
