In lieu of the recent high profile deaths that have taken many by surprise, Cat touches on the importance of self-preservation and community. Our society hasn't done the best job of prioritizing mental health, but it's clear that there are issues we all need to confront-together. Asking for help and building community is a start to tackling much of the isolation and loneliness taking over and Cat expresses why it's a critical factor to the well being of us all.
