A lot has changed in my life since I launched my last episode over a year ago. I travelled the world, I lost my father, I moved to a new country with my partner in pursuit of her becoming a doctor. I have started from scratch on the other side of the world and that has provided me space and time to rebuild OFFBALL as a podcast, educational resource and mentorship platform.
In this season three launch I talk about this last year, where I am at now and what my life looks like moving forward. This is the first of many solo episodes where I talk about life, share stories and give personal context to the principles and philosophies that drive OFFBALL Athlete.
