The role of a mentee

As a mentee, there are things you can do to ensure you respect the relationship:-

  1. Be open and share your goals with your mentor

  2. Admit your weaknesses and fears
    3. \n
  3. Do not expect your mentor to solve all your problems
    4. \n
  4. Understand when to talk and when to listen
    5. \n
  5. Research and prepare appropriately

  6. Do not abuse the relationship formed with your mentor
