Whenever you start feeling guilty or some other negative, heavy, and degrading emotion, you know that you are cutting yourself off from the divine at that moment and that's a sign for you to start changing up your vibration and resonance instantly. Otherwise, you are going to fall into that pit of depression or negativity and have a hard time getting out.
