This week we were joined by Saint Kilda tough nut Steven Baker who brought not only some fab yarns about some of the greats like Lingy & Lenny Hayes but had some incredible messages around mental resilience.
He spoke candidly about his friendship with best mate Warney and life after losing someone who was such a large part of your life and told us about his first training session as a saint...let's just say any other job you'd likely be fired!
