Ireland doesn't have a velodrome and up to this year, no Irish men’s or women’s pursuit team had qualified for the Olympics.


But our national women's track cycling team changed that and created history by sealing Olympic qualification for Paris.


One of the members of that team is Mia Griffin, who up to seven years ago, had never set foot on a cycling track before.
