Helen O Rahilly is, among other things, a former BBC and RTE producer, she was the first female Director of Television at RTE and was also responsible for getting the much loved television series Dr. Who back on the telly. She recently moved home from London to Ireland and subsequently found herself looking after her older Aunt. During the first lockdown Helen would occasionally take to Twitter to share snippets of conversations between herself and her Aunt, these conversations ended up in a book called 'The Stairlift Ascends' which is out now.
