She recently moved home from London to Ireland and subsequently found herself looking after her older Aunt. During the first lockdown Helen would occasionally take to Twitter to share snippets of conversations between herself and her Aunt, these conversations ended up in a book called 'The Stairlift Ascends' which is out now.</p><p><br></p><p>I really enjoyed chatting to Helen about her career, being carer and life in general.
