It's been a while but I finally found the time to record an interview for the podcast and it was well worth it. Recorded at the start of the summer it's taken me a fair while to get around to publishing the feckin' thing and for that, I apologise to John. Time, time, time! I actually blame John for my tardiness! He told me to relax, be in the moment, and publish podcasts really late. At least I think that's what he said. Either way, 'tis out now! We had a crackin' chat about his new book The Stream of Everything and covered some of its themes. The main messages from the interview are: Love yourself, spend time on a river, be more present and be even more silly.
