Border Security Command vessels and lifeboats were scrambled just before 9am, with the dinghy located just outside Dover Harbour. However, the fact the dinghy was able to get so close to the British shoreline without being detected will raise fresh concerns over border security. Last month, Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood announced an urgent review after two boats made &#39;uncontrolled landings&#39; on Kent beaches.</p><p><br></p><p>Talking of migrant madness…A small boat migrant who was released from jail was given the keys to a taxpayer-funded home two days before he committed a sickening sex crime against a pair of young girls. Mohammed Abbas, had been sentenced for assaulting a cop when he broke into the sisters’ Cardiff home and exposed himself in July. Abbas, who claims to be Palestinian, arrived on a dinghy from France in March. But by June he was behind bars on remand before being given a fine and community service. Abbas was then released and moved into a £250,000 two-bedroom house in Cardiff provided by the Home Office. He was the only occupant at the time.
