Piddington is sticking it to the Labour government, voting overwhelmingly to leave the UK; 285 of 312 voted to leave. Although this will not trigger any formal departure from the country, it represents the strength of feeling about the incoming migrants that Piddington would like to see the back of. Many say this is what Piddington gets for voting Liberal Democrat, with residents emphasising that not every local voted for the Party and that the safety of women is paramount.
