We’ve devolved into <strong><em>decision-making by consensus</em></strong>, and <strong><em>management by committee</em></strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>The alternative is to empower your decision-makers with strong, single-point accountability. If you focus on collaboration first, you’ll end up with an <em>all care no responsibility</em> culture where results are poor.
