He is also a visiting fellow at the Lowy Institute. His books include <i>Bubble Man</i>, <i>The Sweet Spot</i> and <i>To the Bitter End</i>.</p><p><strong>Mark Kenny</strong> is a Senior Fellow in the ANU Australian Studies Institute.
