He edits&nbsp;<em>Rural Migration News</em>, has served on several US federal commissions, worked on UN agencies and testifies frequently before Congress on labour and migration issues. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Mark Kenny</strong> is the Director of the ANU Australian Studies Institute.
