He has received critical acclaim for his unmatched versatility, incorporating eclectic instruments from music cultures around the world, and has worked a huge array of tv and film projects. He recently completed scoring the multi-award-winning series <em>‘The Americans’</em> starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys, for which he received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music.&nbsp;He also composes AMC’s multi-generational epic <em>‘The Son’</em>, starring Pierce Brosnan, and Amazon’s brilliant con man drama <em>‘Sneaky Pete’.</em> His previous work includes the emmy-winning and fan-favorite series, <em>‘True Blood’</em> and Netflix’s <em>‘Hemlock Grove’,</em> for which Nathan earned his second Emmy nomination for the main title theme.</p><p><br></p><p>His latest project sees him setting the musical tone for <em>'</em><a href=\"https://www.geektown.co.uk/tvairdates/carnival-row/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Carnival Row</em></a><em>',</em> Amazon's upcoming fantasy drama series. It's described&nbsp;as a&nbsp;fantasy-noir set in a neo-Victorian city in which mythical creatures fleeing their war-torn homeland have gathered, and tensions are simmering between citizens and the growing immigrant population. At the centre of the drama is the investigation into a string of unsolved murders, which are eating away at whatever uneasy peace still exists.
