Dave is joined by Domingos for another packed episode of Geektown Radio, featuring some intriguing new TV dramas, horror-filled reviews, major franchise announcements and the latest UK TV premiere dates.
This week, Dave dives into 'Nocturne', Apple TV's disturbing new crime thriller starring Stephen Graham (Adolescence), Liev Schreiber (Ray Donovan) and Zazie Beetz (Atlanta). He also reviews Paramount+'s vampire comedy 'Eternally Yours', from the team behind the US version of Ghosts, and 'Sherlock & Daughter', HBO Max's fresh take on the famous detective, starring David Thewlis (Fargo), Blu Hunt (The Originals) and Dougray Scott (Batwoman).
Domingos brings a horror-heavy selection, including the Friday the 13th prequel 'Crystal Lake', the gloriously bonkers first-person action movie 'Bad Day at the Office', and independent British horror short 'Black Annis'.
The pair also look back at MCM London Comic Con, where all our panel videos are now available, and take a moment to remember two beloved Star Trek legends, Sir Patrick Stewart and Walter Koenig.
In this week's TV and film news:
Finally, we run through the big TV arrivals coming this week, including 'Black Doves' Season 2, NCIS: New York, Return to Paradise, The Assassin, S.W.A.T. Exiles, Hudson & Rex and The Institute.
