Her research focuses on South Korean foreign policy, Indo-Pacific security, inclusion and social cohesion.</p><p><strong>Victoria Cooper</strong> is a Senior Analyst at the Development Intelligence Lab and focused on foreign policy and the interaction of socio-political trends, development and security.
