As we head into this new year and consider what our resolutions might be, I want to address this topic and my own relationship and awareness around dieting growing up. Meal planning, cutting sugar, tracking calories, cutting carbs — all of it is a slippery slope towards an unhealthy and unsustainable relationship with food.
