Keith Hunter Jesperson is a Canadian born American serial killer known as the \"Happy Face Killer\" for the smiley faces he drew on his many letters to the media. A truck driver by trade, it is believed that Jespersen is responsible for at least a series of four murders in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
