Absolutely delighted to be re-joined with who we're now adopting as our resident specialist psychologist Conal Harpur of CBT Solutions based in Castleknock. Since we were last joined by Conal, he has expanded his practise and launched much needed services like ADHD assessments for kids, teenagers and adults. He chats to us this week about the differences between therapy and CBT, and about how he would go about directing people who present with certain issues (which we've kept very vague for the privacy of the listeners who asked).
