How is life for coeliacs in Europe today? I took my recorder to the AOECS annual general assembly where people engaged in improving life for coeliacs meet every year. Over 100 delegates from 40+ countries met in Lisbon in September 2022 to discuss the most burning issues for coeliacs today.
