Three years ago Annie and I changed our lives by going to Keto. We jumped in with no background or experience with a Keto Lifestyle. We did this because many of our family members had become ill with Cancer, and Diabetes. Annie had been ill for nearly five years and was on the verge of becoming diabetic herself. I had gained over 60 pounds and in some of my older photos you can see my belly is large, my face is fat and I was starting to have medical issues as well.Annie and I began our journey with no medical advice, everything we learned or experienced we researched and experienced for our selves.
