In this episode, we practice Metta, or loving-kindness, a wonderful way of coming back to the space within the heart.
This practice is very close to my heart and was first shared with me by my teacher, Michelle Papa, during my yoga teacher training in Singapore. It’s a simple but powerful reminder that when we soften, we naturally reconnect to care, presence, and kindness, for ourselves and for others.
Together we’ll move through a guided meditation for self, loved ones and those who feel more challenging, slowly expanding that sense of warmth out into the world.
A valuable pause in the middle of a busy life, an invitation to come home to yourself and remember the space inside the heart.
