How To Stay Awake and Listen To Our Body's Voice with Sylvia Paz

Season 3, Ep. 110

How connected are you with what your body tells you?

Your mindset can take you to the next level or stop you from achieving your goals. That is why understanding why we do things is key to changing anything in our lives. The first step to modifying your mindset is to pay attention to your body and interpret its messages correctly. We must (re)learn to listen and decipher the body's clear messages; being tired or bored is not the same as being hungry, but the noise of a busy life can trick you into thinking they are.

In this episode, I'm joined by Sylvia Paz, a High-Level Performance Coach, Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist, Certified Personal trainer, Healer, Mom, Entrepreneur, and one of the Health & Wellness panel members at the Empowered Amiga Movement happening next March 24th. Sylvia is also a veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom 1 and 2 in the early 2000s.

Hear how her missions overseas affected her mental and physical health and how she used that as a catalyst to recover her health and live her best life.
