Paul gained a lot of interest after absolutely dominating in World's Strongest Junior since he has found his way into some of the biggest organisations in Britain, as he hopes to make his mark on the international scene.

Ngarimu is the Official Strongman Games World's Strongest u90kg competitor, as well being Australia's Strongest man and the winner of the Arnold Classic Australia in the u90kg category. Along with his incredible performances in the world of Strongman Ngarimu previously made his name in the Crossfit Team competitions with his home gym team 'Injustice Crossfit based in Western Australia.

Dale is a world-renowned u90kg Strongman with a staggering 4x bodyweight deadlift, competing and dominating at the highest level. Alongside his tremendous competitive success, Dale has also developed his skills into being a household name in strength coaching in the UK.

Donna is a British strongwoman, with a host of incredible titles to her name, such as 2016/17 & 2019's Worlds Strongest Woman, the Arnold World Champion & the Arnold Pro Strongwoman champion. Donna has also set a number of incredible world records during the recent lockdown with the help of the Worlds Ultimate Strongman - feats of strengths series, all whilst working full time & looking after her family.

World's Strongest Woman competitor, Andrea Thompson returns to the show to discuss her new World Records set over the last year, with some insights into her preparation, incredible body transformation and the astounding new records she intends to set in the coming years.

Tom "The Albatross" Stoltman is an internationally recognised Strongman, with now 2 world record atlas stone lifts to his name, Tom has cemented his name into the history books as being the "King of The Stones", with the ambition to take on 300+kg stones in the future! With regular top 5 placing in the biggest contest on the earth, is it only a matter of time before we see the Stoltman name take the WSM trophy? Outside of competition Tom and his older brother Luke have also opened the Stoltman Strength Centre in their home town of Invergordon, furthering their mission to imprint the Stoltman name in Scottish history.
