This week we talk with W. Boyd, who came face to face with a dogman one morning, while bow hunting with his father. The two had started their trip by parking in a lot near a piece of property they owned and began walking into the woods. It wasn't long until Boyd began hearing something something them. It would walk when they walked and stopped when they stopped. He pointed this out to his father, who couldn't hear that good, but they continued on to their hunt. But it didn't take long for Boyd to figure out what was following them because it was already at his hunting spot, seemingly waiting there for him! This is one of the best dogman encounters I've heard and the second dogman encounter we've heard where the individual was hunting. So sit back, relax and enjoy tonights episode of Almost Canon

This week Nick dives into the world of bigfoot and digs into the many different types that are reported world wide. from the Almas to the Yeren to several other, lesser known, bigfoot found deep in the Siberian wilderness to high in the Andes Mountains, it would seem that while the name is different and descriptions may vary, bigfoot and bigfoot-like beings can be found all over the world.

This week we dive into the history behind one of cryptozoologies oldest cryptids....the yeti! We start by going over a story I received from a listener, which took place in the Bennington Triangle. This listener was bear hunting in Bickford Hollow as a child, when he spotted something high in a tree.We then dive into the history of the Yeti going over several historical encounters as well as the three different types of "yeti" cryptids that are seen in the area and so much more!

This week we talk about Bigfoot in Vermont otherwise known as the Green Mountain State. Vermont is one of the smallest states in the Union but it is incredibly wooded. As winter firmly wraps it's icy fingers around us, I thought it would be more than appropriate to dive into three first hand encounters that deal with one of cryptozoologies most misunderstood entities....the Wendigo.So this week, as we come back from our hiatus, we kick the new year off with three incredibly chilling stories. The first deals with a hunter, who is in turn, hunted by the creature, while hunting deer in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
