169- Stray & The Boys Finale
After a much needed break, Jake is back from France and he's brought home a lovely souvenir. That's right, it's Covid! So apologies in advance for both a) the audio quality of this episode and b) the overall horrible sound of one of the hosts voice, and their general overall grumpy demeanor đ
But it's not all bad news! Not all all- the boys have two VERY exciting things to talk about in this week's episode. Stay is out (and it's free depending on which confusing tier of PlayStation Plus that you're currently subscribed to) and it's a very vibe and fun game where you get to play as a cat running around an abandoned, post-apocalyptic city. Sounds pretty great right? We certainly thought so.
We're also a couple of weeks behind but it's time to talk full spoilers for all of Amazon's The Boys Season 3. Man oh man, what a great show. If you haven't watched it yet, get caught up and listen to our thoughts. And go play Stray as well!!!

261- Mio: Memories in Orbit
01:22:26|Hey YâallThis one is a bit different because⊠well thereâs a lot of bad stuff happening both in our country, and around the world. We had some stuff to get off our chests. We do have some newer stuff to talk about this weekend, and what an absolute blessing it is to have something, anything that was crafted with love and kindness, and can momentarily take us out of the swirl of darnkess weâre caught in. Mio: Memories in Orbit oddly enough is a calming presence in the midst of this negativity, and weâre glad we got to speak on it this week. Strangely it does feel like the right time for soemthing like this to land. Itâs a beautiful game that tells a moving story, with some fun an intering gameplay, and music that just moves you in ways Iâm still not totally sure I understand. This was ramble, but thank you all for listening as always.Â
