Aston Villa is in the family for Francis, the club he has supported since the early 1990s, as his uncle John Deehan is a former Villa striker and assistant manager. Francis runs a production company, Desert Sky Productions, which specialises in television and corporate events. He has covered Champions League Finals and film festivals, and worked with broadcasters including the Premier League, Reuters, ITV, BBC and Getty Images. Francis is also an experienced interviewer having spoken to the likes of Roger Federer, Jake Gyllenhaal and his hero Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.

Roisin worked with Reuters International and later at the BBC before leaving journalism to take up a career in the classroom. She now spends her days converting students to support the Mighty Villa and can't wait to get back down to Villa Park at the weekends.

George has been involved in broadcasting for nearly a decade, working at ITV and the BBC.
