Very little gets under my skin like someone assuming they know everything about you—even though they are, in fact, not YOU. How some people think they can get in your head and tell you "no no, your feelings are wrong" will never fail to amaze me.
Today I'm going to talk about social anxiety. Specifically, MY social anxiety, which may not look like the social anxiety you expect to see, but I can assure you it's real. I'll get into how I cope, why I think it's important to talk about, and why I don't my social anxiety doesn't look like a shy person in a corner.
