Alice 03 - Fien: (re)thinking Science
Ep. 3
•
Fien De Block is a researcher in Islamic Intellectual History and History of Science. Her PhD research, at the cross-roads between history of science, history of religion, and history of magic, challenges the modern categories applied to these disciplines and their sources. In this episode, Alice invites us to reflect on our very concept of science and how it affects the way we look at science in the past and in the present, in our own culture and outside of it.
