Seen, Heard, and Valued: Forming Connections

Ep. 86

Leann and Melissa go over the importance of vulnerability and connection for forming genuine connections and how stories tie people together across generations.

Ponder Questions:

Am I making connections with authenticity?

Am I secure in my own self-acceptance?

How can I be more real?

Am I willing to share my struggles?

Do I have anyone to confide in?

What are the long-term effects of social media?

Am I aware of others around me?

Am I striking up conversations with others around me?

Am I being curious with others?

Am I bringing others into the fold?

Do I keep my confidences?

What do I have to offer others, and what do they have to offer to me?

Invitation:

Make some connections.

Reach out to someone you haven’t talked to in a while.

Get involved with something you are interested in.

Look for ways to create connection.
