A cosmetic scientist, founder of Lila’Lli cosmetics and now the creative director of the newly launched Emolyne Cosmetics; Amina gives us some real gems, on where to start when launching a Black owned beauty brand.
We discuss, knowing ones worth, and when to walk away from situations or roles that do not value what you bring to the table.
We talk beauty, Black beauty brands that is! Where it's at now and where we hope to see it go.
