Trusting Your Gut with ADHD: When to Push Through and When to Listen š
"Is this my intuition... or just my ADHD anxiety attempt at self sabotage?" š¤
Does some variation of this question ever cross your mind? I have asked it of myself MANY TIMES š In this episode, we're diving deep into the tricky balance of trusting your gut when you have ADHD.
We'll explore the fine line between listening to your intuition and identifying when it's just anxiety, overthinking, or other ADHD symptoms getting in the way. Iāll share some of my personal storiesātimes I ignored my gut (didnāt end well!) and times I pushed through, and how Iāve learned to tell the difference.
As usual Iāve sprinkled in some researched advice and anecdotes to help you hone that intuitive voice inside and know when itās time to trust itāor when to gently push through the resistance.
