On Season 8 Episode 11 of A Little Birdie Told Me host Rebecca Horan talks to Laura Nolan Horgan. Laura is the Founder of LNH Edit, a lifestyle and interiors brand based in Ireland. Laura is mum to Elizabeth, Hugo and Toby. Laura opens up to Rebecca about her scary and unknown journey as a BRCA1 carrier. As a result Laura underwent a life-changing hysterectomy just ten weeks after she gave birth, she then went on to have a double masectomy, all before she turned 40 and all in order to prevent cancer. Laura lives in Dublin with her family where she also runs her successful business.

On Season 8 Episode 10 host Rebecca Horan talks to Suzanne Kane. Suzanne is a broadcaster, content creator and mum of three. Suzanne and her husband Joey raise their children in Dublin. She opens up to Rebecca about her turbulent year where she stepped away from her dream role as a host on 98FM. with the help of her wonderful family, and that in walking away she reveals she found herself again. Suzanne spent the summer by the sea with her children and rediscovered her passions and purpose.

Lisa Shannon is a makeup artist and educator, she is also a product creative and education consultant for Poco Beauty and a mum of two. Lisa opened up to Rebecca about the tragic death of her mother by suicide and the impact her mother's struggles had on her life, she also spoke about the deep connection she had with her and her mother's love for Lisa and her very hard grief, Lisa subsequently lost her father and spoke about his passing and her relationship with him too. As a mother heading into parenting without her parents Lisa said she was keen to break any generational traumas and be a different parent to her children. Lisa also discussed her love for family life, her start in the beauty industry and her huge successes and how resilience and being realistic has always been a key feature in her life.

On Season 8 Episode 8 of A Little Birdie Told Me host Rebecca Horan talks to Danielle Websdale. Danielle, aka Danny The Mammy, is a content creator and working mother of three. Danielle and her husband and three children live in Co. Kildare. Danielle has a highly engaged online community from her days spent sharing her pregnancy's and her busy life raising young children and working. Danielle gets frank about the lack of support for first-time mothers, the challenges she and her son faced with silent reflux, the lonely days and the chaos in parenting in modern Ireland. Danielle also speaks to Rebecca about her life in Australia pre babies, her love of fashion blogging, her travels, how she and her husband fell in love on a flight to Vegas and how the life surprises you when you least expect it.

On Season 8 Episode 7 of A Little Birdie Told Me, host Rebecca Horan talks to Orla Hopkins. Orla is a mum of two, former athlete and co-founder of New Dimensions Active, a speaker and trainer. At the age of 19 Orla experienced a grief like no other and fitness and movement saved her life when she hit rock bottom. Orla went on to marry and have two children and has used her grief to help others, Orla is a well-respected business woman and role model.
