Ahmed from Egypt - Situation in Palestine, modern day vs. ancient Egypt, the Arab Spring and how an Irishman started the Egyptian Revolution.
This conversation is a recording of myself and Ahmed who is from Egypt. This is a longer than usual episode but we go in-depth into a number of different topics like some of the differences between modern day and ancient Egypt, the story of how he was shot during the Arab Spring, how an Irishman could be held responsible for starting the Egyptian revolution back in 1919 and we also discuss the horrific scenes currently taking place in Gaza. This episode takes a while to get going but trust me there is a lot in it, lots of laughs but some tears too.
