The Picks…Billy Madison [1995] (Anthony)Summer School [1987]&nbsp;(Rachel)Election [1999]&nbsp;(Tracey)Fast Times at Ridgemont High [1982]&nbsp;(Nick) Our mixologist Kelly served up a teacher-inspired "after three o'clock" cocktail… The Appletini Ingredients:<ul><li>1 1/2 ounces sour green apple schnapps</li><li>1 1/2 ounces gin</li><li>ice</li><li>green apple slices</li><li>lemon juice</li></ul> Steps:<ul><li>Add the green apple schnapps, gin, and fill the shaker halfway up with ice. Our mixologist Tracey has stirred up two special holiday cocktails, because one might not be enough to survive the holiday season… Vodka Cranberry Twist:<ol><li>In tumbler&nbsp;or highball glass rimmed with lime sugar...</li><li>2 oz. Vodka (we used Chopin single-ingredient potato vodka, use what you like)</li><li>4 oz. Cranberry juice</li><li>Splash of ginger ale</li><li>Add ice, garnish with cranberry and a lime wedge, stir, and enjoy</li></ol> Peppermint Irish Whiskey:<ol><li>In a tumbler&nbsp;glass...</li><li>2 oz. Irish whiskey (we used Slane triple-casked blend for the vanilla notes, use what you like)</li><li>¾ oz. Anthony has paired these frights with a classic Smokey Old Fashioned.
