The Diet Obsessed

Over-Eating, Leftovers, RIP Diets Review, Intuitive Eating, Feel Your Fullness, Cope with your Emotions with Kindness

Season 2, Ep. 55

On this week's episode of "The Diet Obsessed Podcast" I recap my Thanksgiving Debauchery which included over-eating, way too much alcohol and limited balance (not feeling great at the moment.)

I then do another review of "RIP Diets" from Emily Lubin, where she continued to discuss the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating.  This week I cover principle #7 which is "Feel Your Fullness" and principle #8 which is "Cope with your Emotions with Kindness" a couple of principles I have basically ignored this past week, hence my upset stomach.
