S3 Episode 25. The One at the Beach. The Season 3 finale is here! This episode starts with a Traitors recap and a decision on which show is better, Traitors UK or Traitors US. During the episode recap Tiana and Natalie give their thoughts on why the can't get on board with Bonnie and why they don't fault Rachel for encouraging her to shave her head. They talk about guest star, Teri Garr (of Young Frankenstein fame), and reveal where the origin of BFF came from (spoiler alert, it's Phoebe).

S3 Episode 24. The One With the Ultimate Fighting Champion. This episode starts with some breaking news from the world of the Great British Bake Off, as well as Tiana and Natalie's Valentines Day traditions, plus why it's Tiana's new favorite holiday. During the episode recap, they talk about the best ever cameo from Robin Williams and Billy Crystal, why Monica was right for breaking up with Pete, Chandler's wildly inappropriate but hilarious boss (leading to a tangent on football and their thoughts about the Super Bowl), and finally they recap how Phoebe commits the ultimate betrayal to Rachel.

S3 Episode 23. The One With Ross's Thing. This week's episode kicks off with a Traitors recap with Natalie giving the ultimate prediction of the traitors' next move. During the episode recap, Tiana and Natalie laugh about Ross's kundus, decide which one of Phoebe's guys is hotter (Jason or Vince), and agree that Rachel would make the perfect wedding planner with her money theme for Monica's wedding to Pete, and rag on this week's frenemy for taking himself way too seriously.

S3 Episode 22. The One With the Screamer. Natalie has finally watched The Traitors and Tiana can't wait to talk about it. They break down the current season so far, and make their predictions for the next episode on who will be banished. Tiana also drops some major show knowledge about what the FRIENDS writers room was like, and why the show had a guest star problem. During the episode recap they give Joey his flowers for his goodbye to Kate, let Phoebe know she should have hung up the phone, and give Ross praise for his hilarious determination in outing Tommy as a mean guy filled with rage.

S3 Episode 21. The One With the Chick and the Duck. This episode goes all over the place, starting out with Tiana and Natalie's thoughts on the Real Housewives of New York City, why infamous FRIENDS director, James Burrows, had his problems, and the recent list of Oscar nominations. During the episode recap they cover Pete's manipulative move to get Monica to fall for him, how Ross does the ultimate selfless act to help Rachel, and how Joey and Chandler fall into the relationship chore war.

S3 Episode 20. The One With the Dollhouse. Tiana kicks off this episode by giving a tidbit of FRIENDS behind the scenes lore on why Monica and Joey ultimately weren't chosen as the central romance the show would revolve around. As they dive into the episode recap they agree that Kate Miller is Joey's best love interest of the entire series, decide on whose dollhouse is better, Monica or Phoebe's, and why Joanna is the worst boss ever.
