S3 Episode 4. The One With the Metaphorical Tunnel. Tiana and Natalie kickoff this episode by covering the Rolling Stone 100 Best TV Episodes of All Time. As they get into the episode, they talk about how Phoebe's hidden talents could lead her to take over the world, Chandler taking a new step in his relationship with Janice, and G.I. Joe vs. Barbie.

S3 Episode 3. The One With the Jam. As Monica continues to deal with the heartbreak from her breakup with Richard, Tiana and Natalie give their thoughts on whether they agree or disagree with Monica's decision to have a baby via sperm donor. They highlight why the Phoebe stalker storyline does not age well, but why David Arquette is the silver lining from it all, and if you should or shouldn't pick someone up from the airport.

S3 Episode 2. The One Where No One's Ready. Join Tiana and Natalie as they talk about one of their favorite Friends episodes ever. Dare they say it's a perfect episode of television? They discuss whether or not they would have made Ross drink the fat, who was right in the Chandler vs. Joey argument, and why Monica dialing into Richard's answering machine is the common day equivalent to looking through your partner's phone. All in all, this episode is very demure, and very mindful.

S3 Episode 1. The One With the Princess Leia Fantasy. Join Tiana and Natalie as they dive into Season 1. This episode kicks off with an update on the recent news coming out about the death of Matthew Perry and the recent arrests made, followed by a discussion on what happens when trust is broken between friendships and relationships. They talk about women sharing everything with their friends, and why Joey is the hero of this episode. Listen to find out what George Lucas wrote to the production team after this episode aired, plus what movie Jennifer Anniston auditioned for and didn't get the part (rude, but our hearts will go on).

The One Where They're Back! After a very long break, Tiana and Natalie are back to cover Season 3 of their favorite show, FRIENDS. So much has changed since the last time they podcasted, so they wanted to catch up and give a preview of what's to come as they cover Season 3. First, Natalie gives a breakdown of what was happening in the year 1996 (which looked very similar to 2024 with the Olympics and an election year). Next, they run down each episode title and give a fast thumbs up or thumbs down on how good they think the episode is.

S2 Episode 24. The One With Barry and Mindy's Wedding. Tiana and Natalie kick off this episode by giving their overall thoughts on Season 2 and why it wasn't as good as they thought. They also break down Season 2 stats for Best Friend and Frenemy power rankings, plus give their episode re-rankings. As they dive into the episode recap they talk about why it was a terrible decision for Mindy to have Rachel as her maid of honor, and randomly connect the episode back to Austin Powers. They ask the hard question, "was Janice the one that got away?", before addressing Monica's big heartbreak. Tiana and Natalie find themselves in agreement when it comes to this week's Frenemy, followed by their final thoughts on the Season 2 finale.
