Who is the Holy Spirit? How we can Invite Him into our Everyday Lives and Igniting the Fire of God's Love

Ep. 13

In this short episode we take a look at the Holy Spirit, who desires to be our best companion, draw us deeper into the life of the Trinity and ignite in us the fire of God's divine love.
We can make a prayer to the Holy Spirit everyday and ask Him to fill us with His gifts and fruits; to enlighten us in our decisions; to guide us towards truth; to bless all that we do and to ignite the embers of our hearts with His light, love, courage, wisdom and more.

Come Holy Spirit, Fill our Hearts!

    45:04
In this episode we look at the Miraculous Medal, a story that has many interweaving threads and contributes many examples of the providence of God and the closeness of our Blessed Mother Mary. The Miraculous Medal was a revelation of Our Lady to a young sister called Catherine Laboure, later to be declared a saint. St Catherine was born in 1806, France and in the year 1830 she joined the sisters of the Daughters of Charity which had been founded by St Vincent de Paul. Just a  few months later after she entered the congregation, St Catherine received two apparitions of Our Lady. It was in the second apparition of 27th November, 1830 that Our Lady revealed her wishes to have a medal struck according to the image that she conveyed to Catherine. She promised that anyone who would wear this medal would 'receive great graces'. The Miraculous Medal became known as 'miraculous' due to the countless miracles attributed to it. Music Credits: Inspirational Innovation by Ashamaluev MusicContact Email: msdcatholic@gmail.com
