In this edition, Annabel Larkin will be telling us about the personal safety courses she runs in Forest Row, David and Mary McLachlan from Dormansland Baptist Church are back to update us on how their Community Hub is going and to talk about some pop-up events they have coming up, and Marlene Rabe will be telling us how she’s getting the people of Hammerwood and Holtye fit with her Bell and Blast classes.

 

Paul Talmey will be chatting to Hannah Carter from Ensemble Reza about the musical group and their taster session and concert at The Hawth. He’ll also be finding out all about Choir and Ko and their upcoming concert at St Swithun’s Church from choir member Lynne Fallowell.

 

And Carrie Overton will be talking to Lauren Cashman about the mind, body, yoga and Pilates.
