  • 23. Episode 023: Breaking Through to Authenticity

    16:18
Today I'm speaking with Divina Johnson, a Certified Life & Success Coach for women. She helps women abandon social should's and come back home to their authentic real selves! Divina had been in the corporate world for 17 years, following all the breadcrumbs society left out for her; work here, look like this, talk like this, wear this, like this, don't like that etc. After her awakening one morning, in floods of tears and understanding that something needed to change, she embarked on discovering the true version of her. This led to her stripping away all the false beliefs she had about herself and uncovering her authentic self. Through this process she found her passion which was to coach other women to do the same. Divina now runs 1:1's and Group coaching programs with her company Know Your Worth Coaching, for women who feel lost and not good enough and who are ready to become the truest version of themselves. You can find out more about Divina's work on her website: www.knowyourworthcoaching.netYou can find more about this podcast, the charity or my book atHome (thementalhealthcommunity.co.uk)LinkedIn: The Mental Health Community or follow me: Hannah Sturland
